A Cut Above features beautiful mountains views for all seasons while being just a short drive to an entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

🏕️ THE CABIN:
The entryway of A Cut Above opens into a spacious living room decorated with rustic cabin furnishings. You'll love the beautiful vaulted ceilings and large windows that overlook the deck -- with mountain views! Relax and enjoy the comfortable furniture, large TV, and stone gas fireplace. This main living area is an open concept with a full kitchen and dining area connecting to the living room.

The 3 bedrooms are carefully spread across the upper and lower levels providing a sense of privacy in this 2,800+ square foot cabin. All beds have comfortable mattresses; clean linens and TVs. The bedroom on the upper level has a full bathroom attached. A hot tub is located on the lower level, along with access to the private outdoor space! There is also a small bar area, pool table, arcade games and more!

Outdoor living amenities include an expansive deck providing mountain views in a peaceful and relaxing setting. There is also a firepit in the back yard for evenings around the fire. Spend your day hiking or visiting the National Park. Take a soak in the hot tub while the sun goes down or relax with a glass of wine listening to the peaceful sounds of the Smokies.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
