Welcome to The Smokies! This rustic 3BR cabin is located less than 1 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and includes plenty of amenities including a hot tub, grill, outdoor dining area, fireplace, arcade games and more! There is also a large open yard space, an outdoor firepit, an outdoor patio with TV and plenty of parking! The cabin is also located a short drive to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to Appalachian Ranch! The cabin includes a large, open living area with comfortable leather couches and a large Smart TV. There is a separate seating area with arcade games, foosball and a gas fireplace. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. There is a beautiful wood dining table just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor patio table.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and includes an attached full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of the cabin. There is an additional bathroom on the main level of the cabin and a Washer and Dryer available for your use. The cabin also has free High-Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, enjoy plenty of outdoor seating with an outdoor TV, a wood-burning fireplace, a swim spa with updated deck or plenty of outdoor yard space.

Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a dining table located right off the kitchen with seating for 8. You can also take a picnic outside and enjoy the patio table and the fresh mountain air.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner's closet.

We are available anytime you need us or if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* This property has an outside surveillance camera facing the driveway area.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
