⁂ THE CABIN
The living area is bright and welcoming, with plush seating arranged around the TV and large windows that let natural light pour in. It’s the perfect spot to settle in for movie night, morning coffee, or an afternoon nap after exploring the Smokies.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts before a hike to full family dinners around the dining table. With all the essentials on hand, you’ll have everything you need to cook, gather, and linger a little longer over good conversation.

Just off the main living space, two separate decks expand your living area. One features a screened-in room with a hot tub where you can soak under the trees and unwind after a full day of adventure. The second enclosed deck is all about fun, complete with a pool table and classic arcade games—perfect for a little friendly competition, rain or shine.

The cabin offers two private king bedrooms— one on each level — giving couples or small families space and privacy. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The upstairs king suite includes a connected full bathroom for added convenience.

Out front, the porch invites you to slow down and soak in the mountain air. With comfortable seating and a picnic table, it’s an easy place to enjoy sunrise coffee, an afternoon snack, or dinner fresh off the grill. Fire up the BBQ, take in the seasonal views, and let the pace of the mountains do the rest.

Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six.

Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles.
The drive to the cabin involves a few mountain roads. 4WD is required during inclement weather in winter months.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

*If you have a group larger than 6, we have a few other cabins located in the same resort within a mile or two drive.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
