This spacious three-level chalet features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, multiple gathering areas, and room for up to 16 guests, making it an ideal home base for families and groups. Spend your days exploring the mountains, then return to unwind by the fireplace, challenge the family to a game of pool, or sink into the private hot tub surrounded by peaceful, wooded views.

Inside, the fully equipped designer kitchen and large dining area make gathering for meals easy, while multiple living spaces give everyone room to spread out and relax. Three king bedrooms provide comfortable retreats for adults, while the bunk room and additional sleeper sofas offer plenty of flexibility for larger groups. Two wraparound decks extend the living space outdoors with fresh mountain air, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and plenty of places to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

The location puts some of the Smokies' best experiences within easy reach. Guests also enjoy access to community swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, and clubhouses, giving you even more ways to enjoy your stay when you're not exploring Gatlinburg and the national park.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a Keurig, a standard coffee pot, and an air fryer. There is a dining table with seating for 12 as well as additional bar seating.

* Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
