This peaceful Smoky Mountain cabin has 3 BR, 3 BA and sleeps 8 guests comfortably! It includes everything you need for your vacation, including a hot tub, outdoor seating with mountain views, indoor (seasonal) fireplace and Free Wi-Fi! The cabin is in a quiet location in Wears Valley - just minutes from Great Smoky Mountain National Park! It is a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The cabin is a perfect destination for a family vacation, reunion, or a romantic getaway!

🏕️ THE CABIN:
Step inside and feel instantly at home in this warm, rustic retreat. The open living room invites you to sink into soft seating by the crackling wood-burning fireplace while a favorite movie plays on the flat-screen TV. Just beyond, the fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you’re whipping up pancakes for breakfast or grilling out on the deck. The dining table for four is perfect for lingering meals and laughter with family and friends.

Each of the three bedrooms is a cozy haven. The main-level king suite is a true retreat, complete with a jacuzzi tub where you can soak the day away.

Outside, the mountains surround you. Start your morning swinging on the porch with coffee in hand, gather for dinner at the outdoor table, then slip into the hot tub under a blanket of stars. With multiple decks, there’s always a perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and take in the views.

As part of our welcoming resort community, you’ll also enjoy a seasonal swimming pool and a peaceful catch-and-release fishing pond just minutes from your door. This cabin isn’t just a place to stay—it’s where mountain memories are made.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser, and Smart TV. Attached full bathroom w/jacuzzi tub.
* Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser, and Smart TV. Attached full bathroom.
* Bedroom #3 (Lower Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser, and Smart TV. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats four. There is an additional dining table and seating located on the back deck.

Parking for up to 3 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. 4WD is recommended during winter months or inclement weather.

The entire cabin is accessible and available for your use outside of the closet space in the loft that is reserved for the owner.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this cabin is it! The spacious interior gave us plenty of room to unwind, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. "The pictures perceive it to be larger than it is. This was a suitable cabin for our needs. If you are looking for a good view of the mountains unfortunately this cabin doesn’t have the best view. Over all if you are just wanting a cabin for a weekend get away this is great cabin and would recommend.

"Jen and Mikes cabin was beautiful, me and a few friends stayed for a birthday trip and had a wonderful time. It was located in a nice quite area, but not to far away from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. There were some nice little shops and a few distilleries and wineries not far either.

"We had a group of 8 stay at the cabin, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect spot for us to unwind and hangout after a day of hiking. It was only 30-40 minutes from a lot of the great smoky mountain hikes. The host was super responsive! I would definitely recommend staying here!

"First, we drove from the west end of TN with my 70 year old aunt and arrived a hour early. They were nice enough to let us check-in early. The cabin was wonderful, relaxing and we had many conversations swing. The beds were nice, soft and very comfortable. We had plenty of room. I wished I would have planned a longer stay. We will be back. Thanks again!!!! Also responded quickly to my questions/issues.

"We injoyed this Beautiful Cabin yes it was way up there but that’s what we love cause that the most fun part finding the cabin and we did not have any issues. All 6 of us love the sit up and the way the Cabin had good good stuff in the kitchen.

"Beary Cozy is the place to be! It’s truly a cozy spot in a serene part of mountains! Just an 8 min drive from an entrance to less crowded entrance of the the national park, a wonderful country store on the corner, and the quaint town of Townsend, this cabin is the place to be! The hosts were responsive & helpful and super gracious! You’re in a community of a handful of other cabins so you don’t feel so alone but you have enough privacy to take in the outdoors! The Airbnb is spacious and has entertainment upstairs. The deck space is expansive & enjoyable on sunnier and warmer days! About a 30 min drive from Gatlinburg/PF & Seiverville!

"There were 6 adults and one infant in our group. We had plenty of space. The intent of our trip was simply to spend time together as a family, as our youngest son lives in Knoxville. We only spent one day away from the place. We never felt crowded or on top of one another. We did have a few needs and when I contacted Jen and Mike, they were right on it and made sure things were attended to. The people who came were very kind. We will definitely consider this property again for our next visit!
