🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to Big Bear, a stunning 3-story, 3,700 sq ft Smoky Mountain retreat designed for unforgettable group getaways. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. From the private indoor pool to the spacious entertainment areas and multiple outdoor decks, Big Bear is built for both fun and comfort. Parking for up to 5 vehicles makes arrival easy for your whole crew.

The main level features the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to the deck. The living room offers two couches, two comfortable chairs, a gas stone fireplace, and an HDTV—plus direct access to the deck for fresh mountain air anytime. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, a quartz island with seating for three, and a dining table that seats ten.

The first floor includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step outside to the deck where you’ll find a dining table for six and four rocking chairs, perfect for slow mornings and peaceful evenings.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The lower level is all about entertainment. Here you’ll find the private indoor pool room, a spacious entertainment room, a half bathroom, laundry area, and access to the lower deck. The entertainment room includes a pool table, arcade games, bar seating for six, and a cozy movie nook with seating for six and an HDTV. The half bath provides convenient access from both the entertainment area and pool room.

Step out onto the lower deck to soak in the hot tub or relax in one of four rocking chairs while enjoying the mountain surroundings.

Whether you’re swimming, playing, lounging, or heading out to explore nearby attractions, Big Bear delivers the perfect Smoky Mountain escape for families and friends alike.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

** If you have a group larger than 12 guests, our sister cabin "Stargazer" is located in the same resort, just 0.2 mile away.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature will be set between 82-84 degrees.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
