Sleeping up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat is designed for unforgettable group getaways, featuring breathtaking mountain views, an incredible custom cave-style indoor saltwater pool, a private home theater, game room, hot tub, and high-speed Wi-Fi. With parking for up to five vehicles and easy entry, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing Smoky Mountain escape.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room with soaring windows that frame the mountain scenery. Four king suites each feature a private en-suite bathroom, while the lower level offers a fun bunk room with six built-in twin beds that's perfect for kids. Spend your days enjoying shuffleboard and arcade games, watching movies in the theater room, or splashing in the one-of-a-kind grotto-style indoor pool before unwinding in the outdoor hot tub or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets over the mountains.

* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature is set to between 80-84 degrees.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"As a family of 11 ppl we really enjoyed the stay so much to do at the cabin. Inside pool movie nights and plenty of space for everyone definitely will be returning thanks again guys
