Step outside to unwind on the private deck with your morning coffee, fire up the charcoal grill for an evening cookout, or simply enjoy the soothing sounds of the nearby creek. Complete with a washer and dryer and all the comforts of home, this cozy retreat is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to explore the Smokies.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
