🏕️ THE CABIN:
The entryway of Daybreak Ridge opens into a spacious living room decorated with modern furnishings. You'll love the beautiful vaulted ceilings and windows that overlook the back deck -- with stunning mountain views! Relax and enjoy the comfortable furniture, large TV, and stone gas fireplace. This main living area is an open concept with a kitchen and dining area connecting to the living room.

The 4 bedrooms are carefully spread across all three levels providing a sense of privacy. All beds have new mattresses, clean linens and large smart TVs. The game room includes foosball and air hockey as well as a pub table for seating. There are three large TVs that provide a sports bar atmosphere where you can watch multiple games or shows at one time! The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms.

Outdoor living amenities include an expansive back deck providing mountain views in a peaceful and relaxing setting. There is a new sauna located on the lower deck, along with the hot tub. The main deck has a new electric BBQ grill, plenty of seating, a picnic table and a peaceful wooden swing. Spend your day hiking or visiting the National Park. Take a soak in the hot tub while the sun goes down or relax in the sauna after a fun day of adventure!

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, closet, dresser & large smart TV.
* Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): Peaceful bedroom with King-sized bed, dresser & large smart TV. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom as well as a remote workstation setup.
* Bedroom #3 (Lower Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed, dresser & smart TV.
* Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Spacious bedroom with Queen-sized bed and Twin-over-Twin bunkbeds, dresser & smart TV. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom.

🍽️ EATING
Full kitchen with a suite of appliances. There is a standard refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Utilize the dishwasher for a quick clean up anytime. Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Eat comfortably at the new dining table just steps outside the kitchen with space for 6 plus the additional bar seating!

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"We really enjoyed our two night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The sauna and hot tub were a big hit. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a mountain getaway with scenic views!
