Welcome to the Smokies! This 4BR cabin has a heated indoor pool and plenty of luxury amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, games, large deck w/grill & more! The cabin is located on a private lot with peaceful, wooded views, no direct neighbors, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is also located a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

🏕️ THE CABIN
Large, open living area on the main level with comfortable furniture and large Smart TV. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen in the same area. There is a solid wood dining table just off the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill. There is a master bedroom suite on the main level with access to the back deck. There is also a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High-Speed Wi-Fi!

Upstairs has a private seating area along with two additional king bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with shower-tub.

The lower level of the cabin is an entertainment hub. The living area includes a Smart TV, air hockey, arcade games, and a bunk bed room. The heated indoor pool is also located on this level for hours of fun in all weather. The back deck has a bubbling hot tub as well as a private fire pit area with string lights and additional seating.

* Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Bunk Room with two (2) sets of twin-over-twin bunks. It also includes a dresser & smart TV.

Fully equipped, modern kitchen w/stainless steel appliances; full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for the aspiring chef in your group! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles.
There are a few steep hills to get to the cabin. 4WD is recommended during inclement weather in winter months.

We are available anytime you need us or if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"It was a very quaint place. Peaceful. Very spacious. The pictures of the pool do not make it justice. The pool is very very cool.
