🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to luxury mountain living at Highland View, a beautiful new cabin nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This brand-new cabin is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that appeal to travelers of all types. Enter the front door and stand next to the fully equipped modern kitchen that is perfect for creating delicious meals within the comfort of the cabin. The kitchen area boasts a generously sized dining room table that can seat 6 people, complemented by additional seats at the countertop bar.

The main level includes a spacious living room with plenty of luxury furnishings, comfortable furniture and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. There is a large Smart TV and oversized windows overlooking the back deck and private wooded view. The cabin features an open floor plan with two master bedrooms on the main level, each with a full bathroom. One full bathroom can also be accessed through the living room.

The upper level of the cabin features three beautiful bedrooms, including two additional master suites. There is also a bunkbed room with matching full-over-queen bunks.

Immerse yourself in adventure on the lower level of the cabin. Enjoy a full-sized game room with arcade games, a pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a record player. This room also doubles as a movie theater room with a large Smart TV, comfortable furniture, and a candy machine for memorable movie experiences. Direct access to the indoor heated pool provides added convenience, along with features like lounge seating and a shower located in the pool room. There is also a half-bathroom located conveniently between the game room and indoor pool. Outside, you'll find a brand-new hot tub, multiple seating areas, dining tables, and peaceful views to complete your extraordinary experience. It's the perfect spot to relax with a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Wildlife is also plentiful around the cabin and in the woods.

🛌 SLEEPING:
* Bedrooms #1 & #2 (Main Level): Indulge in the luxury of a spacious bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, and storage space. The first bedroom has an attached bathroom that is also accessible through the living room. The second master bedroom includes an attached full bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, and separate soaker tub.
* Bedrooms #3 & #4 (Upper Level): Revel in luxury with two additional spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, large windows, and a range of premium amenities. The attached bathrooms boasts tile showers. Bedroom #3 also includes access to a private balcony overlooking the back deck and peaceful wooded views.
* Bedroom #5 (Upper Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! This spacious bedroom features two sets of twin-over-queen bunk beds. The perfect spot for a kids/teen room, the bunk bed room also comes with a large TV, storage space, and an attached full bathroom.
** Additional Sleeping: Queen-sized sleeper futon in theater/game room.

Enjoy the state-of-the-art luxury kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, and a comprehensive suite of appliances - a dream for any aspiring chef. Equipped with cookware, glassware, plates, and silverware. The kitchen also includes a dedicated coffee bar. The kitchen features a spacious countertop bar area, and an adjacent dining table.

The road inside the resort is paved.
The driveway is down a hill (paved) but the parking area is flat. There is plenty of parking for 6 vehicles.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"This Airbnb was truly beyond our expectations! The view was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. Walking in to find the space beautifully decorated for Christmas was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise—it instantly made us feel at home and added so much charm to the experience. We stayed here for a birthday celebration with 10 people, and everyone fit comfortably with more than enough room for us all. "We loved the view and privacy! My grandbabies spent hours in the indoor heated pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing the arcade games. We had plenty of space to accommodate 7 adults and 9 kids. Definitely loved the amount of bathrooms that were available. I received very prompt responses with any questions that I had, with both geing less than 10 minutes. "We had an amazing friendcation here! Hands down the best house we’ve stayed at. "This AirBnB was gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful woods on all sides. The inside of the home felt so cozy and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us to relax and enjoy our week. There were just little things about the home that felt like it wasn’t worth the price. The home offers things like a coffee bar and shampoos in the shower, however when we had arrived, most of this stuff was very low or completely empty. The deck was littered with screws and nails from whenever the place had been built, with several sticking up that we had stepped on. Responsiveness also wasn’t the greatest, as we had asked if check in early was possible and never got responses. All in all we had a great time and would stay again, but just wish the price would reflect a little more accurately.

Thanks so much for staying with us, Matt! A few things I wanted to clarify -- Matt sent a message on Airbnb at 8:50am asking if he could check in early. We responded at 8:56am letting him know we couldn't guarantee it since we had guests checking out but would let him know if it was ready before 4pm. He sent one additional message during his entire stay... the first night at 7:05pm. We responded at 7:11pm. We also advised where all of the additional coffee bar supplies were for the entire group. We apologize if there were any missed screws on the deck from the construction and would have been happy to send maintenance out to check on any missed items there and take care of them had you let us know :)

"This is perfect for a big family get away. We have 7 kids and not one of them complained about being “bored” while here! 😆 Had we had more days off, we would have stayed more days! 10/10 one of the most beautiful get aways we have stayed at and so fun!

"Our stay at this mountain house was amazing! The cabin is beautiful designed for relaxation and fun. There’s something for every one of all ages to enjoy. It was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. Mike was responsive, helpful, and made check-in/ check-out a breeze. "This home and its amenities were perfect for our group of 3 families on spring break. We were close to Dollywood and great hikes in the Smokies but the home felt secluded and cozy when we wanted to relax. The bunk room, pool, hot tub and big screen were big hits with the kids and the grownups enjoyed the deck, pool table and private king bed suites. The kitchen would benefit from a few more supplies (some hand towels etc) but we had no problem cooking dinner every night of our week long stay. We enjoyed our time together in the house.

"I don’t even know where to start! If you are considering booking this property DO IT!! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Everything is soooo well thought out. We booked a family vacation here with our adult children and their significant others. We also did a renewal for our 25th wedding anniversary on the upper deck overlooking the mountains. We will never forget this fun and joyous weekend! Each room is immaculately designed. There are arcade games, shuffleboard, billiards, an indoor pool, hot tub and more! There is a deck on each level so you can look out into the mountains with breathtaking views. We brought everything for our own cold brew coffee, but we loved that there were options if we decided to make one here. As coffee connoisseurs, we appreciated that! There are so many things to see and do in the area. The owners are very sweet, attentive and thoughtful! We will definitely be making this an annual trip! Thank you so much!

"Exceptional! Grab groceries and enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, incredible sunsets or a movie in the game room. The decor in this place is a dream - cozy cabin meets restoration hardware! They even put up a beautiful Christmas tree! This cabin is perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends. It has everything you need and plenty of extras! I wish we had made less plans out of the cabin and had simply stayed in. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to booking a trip here again in the beautiful Smoky Mountains! The host was easy to reach and texted us for check in. He brought a new coffee maker when we discovered the previous one was broken. Appreciated the ease of communication and extra length he went to ensure we found the cabin, made it in and had everything we needed for our stay!

"We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Mike’s cozy cabin! The amenities were excellent, with all the furniture being new and comfortable. "We definitely enjoyed our stay! It was very clean. There wasn’t enough toiletries (paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, etc). We reached out to the host and they were very responsive. We even got refunded for the additional toiletries we paid for. The driveway isn’t paved although we did get a message saying they were hoping to have it paved before we came. It was very rough going up a hill with huge rocks and gravel. Hopefully they will get that paved soon!! But overall everything was great. The game room and pool was a plus! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we definitely want to return!!!
