Spend your mornings relaxing on the two-tiered deck and your evenings soaking in the private hot tub or gathering around the fireplace. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two living areas, a game room featuring air hockey and a multi-game arcade, and comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests.

During the summer, enjoy access to the nearby community pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, along with pickleball and tennis courts just minutes away. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a Smoky Mountain getaway with friends, Honey Bear Den has everything you need to relax, reconnect, and enjoy your time in Gatlinburg.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
