Cozy, fully furnished cabin in a fantastic location near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The main level features an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table perfect for family meals, and a comfortable living area with plush seating, a Smart TV, a fireplace, and an arcade game for a bit of indoor fun. There are three bedrooms bedrooms -- King-sized bed, Queen-sized bed, and 2 Twin Bunkbeds. Step out onto the peaceful decks and breathe in the fresh mountain air—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or winding down after a day of exploring the park just minutes away.

We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"Place was nice w/ accurate description. Rated this a 3 bc of multiple issues. Upon arrival there was trash scattered on the property. I alerted owners on Fri who said someone would come out to clean it "over the weekend or on Mon when we left." Two sinks in the home drained slowly and there was a note one of them (kitchen sink) that the disposal was broken. We had to plunge the sink multiple times a day to wash dishes/prepare food. Each time was an inconvenience to remove our belongings and anything that may be contaminated by the splashing water. It was located under the kitchen sink when we found it though. One sofa bed did not have a blanket that would fit an adult. The washer and dryer were finicky and I ended up leaving with a bag of wet clothes bc the washer would stop in the middle of the cycle. It had a note on it as well. Also there were roaches. I threw away food bc roaches were crawling in the box. There was roach spray under the sink as well so I assumed the owners knew.

"Jen and Mike's property had beautiful mountain views! We also appreciated how it was private, but we could still see the road down the mountain in the distance so we didn't feel completely alone in the woods. The interior was clean, spacious, and they were kind enough to provide things like towels, soap, dishwasher pods, and basic cooking utensils. It was a short and scenic drive to Gaitlinburg and there is a gas station and convenience store less than 5 minutes away for any last minute items. The only issue we encountered was the TV being a little finicky with the wifi, but Jen and Mike were able to help us fix the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

"Five of us stayed for the weekend here at Jen and Mike’s Cabin in Cosby. It was exactly what the pictures looked like and super clean!! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying here. It also has a loft if you have children.

"There were no blankets , there were very limited kitchen stuff and stuff what’s in was very basic and all dollar store stuff . There were no mats in the bathrooms which looks so dirty . The water in the bathroom showers were very slow and took more time to bath and stuff . The sink in the kitchen used to get clogged with water all time . Over all I don’t recommend this house

The other side of this review is that Madhu booked the house "by mistake" a week before their stay, asked to cancel the next day and then was upset when he notified that he wouldn't receive a full refund. He didn't respond to any messages, share any concerns or mention any of these issues during his stay. Ultimately, he left a 1* review in retaliation because he was upset about not getting the refund.

"The house is tucked up quietly on a hillside. The location was perfect for my family and our needs. My husband and I enjoyed our mornings sitting at the fire pit area taking in the mountain air and sounds of nature. My boys and I enjoyed the hike down the drive way/streets down to the main road every morning. The house is spacious and was everything my family needed during our week stay. Over all, our stay was great and we look forward to possibly staying here again next year. So much appreciation to Jen and Mike!!

"Amazing place! Went with 4 kids under 6 and had so much fun. The foosball and Arcade machine was a win. Felt it was kid friendly as it is only one floor and the outside/ patio is private. Super clean and spacious for two families. Hosts were always attentive.

"Exceeded expectations! A great short term rental for a family getaway. A short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, with nice local spots in and near Cosby. I wouldn't plan on bringing a trailer of any kind, as the road leading to the house is fairly steep with a sharp, uphill turn. Other than that, the place is great and my family and I would definitely stay here again.

"The absolutely only bad thing I can say about this beautiful home is the road right before you get there. It’s not their fault but the city should fix it ! And the house was gorgeous! Only bad thing I can say about the house is. We couldn’t find a cutting board 🤣 beautiful house, spacious, comfortable, and gorgeous views! My family loved it! From the games to the seating area outside to the beautiful porch area to watch nature. It’s definitely a cozy home away from home!!

"Beautiful , Comfortable , and Safe.... A perfect Smoky Mountain stay. Well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and kind. Easy to get to with a beautiful peaceful setting but also close to everything you want to experience in this area. Tucked back into nature just far enough to have the best of both worlds. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. Plenty of towels, blankies, etc. + the added washer and dryer are a huge bonus. Very clean. Our kids had a blast in the loft which they called "the cave" and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The main living area is large and cozy. Would highly recommend this place for your stay: I would move in full time if i could!!

"Very happy with the house it was so beautiful inside. Every time I had a question they always answered it and fast. It was clean, lots of room, my boys loved playing the games, peaceful, we had a wonderful time! I would 100% recommend them and when we come back we will be staying here!
