The spacious and inviting living room boasts plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and an inviting gas fireplace. The large windows overlook some of the most incredible views in the Smokies! The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area features a table seating six comfortably and there is also an outdoor patio table for an additional picnic space. With four bedrooms offering cozy beds and plenty of storage, everyone will find their perfect retreat. For the kids, there's a small play area beyond the main deck for yard games, with even more space in the front yard. Don’t forget the hot tub on the back deck! After a long day of exploring, this bubbly oasis will be ready to help you unwind, offering spectacular views of the mountains and a sky full of stars.

Fully equipped kitchen located on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six.

Free parking for up to 4 cars. The driveway is steep and gravel. 4WD or AWD is suggested. 4WD is required during winter months or inclement weather.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
** The driveway is steep and gravel. 4WD/AWD is required.
* Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. There is a $100 pet fee per dog.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"The views were incredible! The house was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot/k cup coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, utensils. They provide a starter amount of toilet paper, dish detergent, dish soap, and laundry pods. It should definitely be noted that the driveway is steep and made of gravel and dirt toward the top. We had zero issues getting up, but with rain or ice there could be difficulty. Additionally you must collect your trash and bring it down the mountain after your stay. There is a grocery store close by. The location is within an hour of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely a livable stay with amazing views from about 2000 feet in elevation.

"The cabin was very cozy and welcoming. It had a very beautiful view during the day and night. The road to get there seems tough as mentioned in the description and by others previously, but my little Veloster FWD perfectly made it up. Overall we had a great time in the cabin and around the area!!!

"Definate beautiful view/ deck! Things are as pictured but in much worse condition. One of the ceiling fans in the bedrooms has a broken sconce with a jagged edge, all celing fans make weird noises and one is even hanging crooked. Walls are stained/ gouged everywhere. Many lightbulbs out, only 4 chairs at dining table that were extremely wobbly, all the baseboards- but especially the bathrooms ones were filthy. My husband grabbed a towel covered in hair. The drive in and out is fun...just take it slow but very manageable. Hot tub did not warm to more than 104. Overall wouldnt rent again at this price. Hosts were very responsive and helpful- our stay was only 2.5 days and i didnt have the time to message and try to remedy. This place needs some serious cleaning/maintenance.

"You CAN NOT ask for a better view of the Smoky Mountains. The house feels extremely remote yet theres a Walmart and breakfast locations no more than 20 minutes away. It was clean, spacious, and breathtaking. The ONLY problem we had, was that it was quite difficult to get up the initial hill to the property. Having a 4wd or Awd vehicle is a must!!! It will definitely be my go-to mountain destination stay from now on!!

"Great location and the view is unbeatable. The property was clean, comfortable, and as pictured. We enjoyed using the grill and eating on the deck. This was a fantastic location to reconnect with old friends. We were missing salt, pepper, and hand soap but Jen and Mike were able to drop it off on our second day. 4WD was necessary for access. The “starter” materials listed were very bare bones. We had 2 laundry pods, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom (some of them half used) , and 2 dishwasher pods (one of which we were instructed to use upon checkout, leaving us with 1). We stayed 4 days and did not consider this an extended stay. Make sure to stop at a store on your way in if you’re staying more than 1-2 nights. Check out was easy. I did receive messages from the hosts reminding me to leave a review in the hours following check-out in which they requested a high rating.

"Everything was wonderful . The view outside was as described in the pictures and the space was clean and peaceful. Please just make sure you have a AWD/4x4 vehicle as you will need it to navigate the road leading to the home. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and I am sure it will remain a memorable one.

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is exactly as described. It's clean, peaceful, and has stunning views. Just a heads-up: the last mile or so is on a gravel road, so it’s best to have an AWD vehicle. Other than that, everything was smooth and we’d definitely love to come back!

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here but had some issues along the way. The views and deck and hot tub were great. Plenty of space in the cabin. The layout provides a good amount of space for a small cabin. The basics were clean, linen, kitchen, bathrooms mostly but the whole space could use a deep clean. We had dishwasher issues that went unanswered from the host. Other basic items were missing but we didn't tell them until we left. The road up is daunting but passable. They were updating the last part of the road while we were there and had made it all dirt and mud when it rained . We parked at the bottom and walked up all week, it was completely impassable when muddy. The hosts offered some refund but kept claiming they were waiting on Airbnb to complete. Fact is hosts can refund with one call to Airbnb same day. We waited two weeks with no resolution and feel they are waiting until our review window is closed. Lack of host response / honesty make this a no for us.

That's not how any of this works :) We have all of the information clearly stated in our listing about the drive to the cabin and that we don't provide refunds for road conditions or weather. We felt bad about the additional inconvenience of the heavy rain for these guests and decided to offer a partial (voluntary) refund. We are not required to provide a refund, but had been working with Airbnb to provide some money back (which we did) to the guest due to the inconvenience. We were going through the appropriate Airbnb support channels to do so. The guests received their partial refund and all we got was this 3* review :)

"Absolutely loved this place, if you have the opportunity to spend some time in the mountains completely surrounded with amazing views this is your place to go. Private there is currently nothing else around it or close enough to disturb your peace . One thing you do want to make sure to do is to bring a 4x4 or AWD as they suggested on their listing because you will need it trust their word.

"it was good I wasn't ready for the drive up. honestly it was fine at the beginning and at the end but the middle trail going up is just very rough and cracked. the place was beautiful and worth the money. the hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was fully equipped that we were able to make breakfast. at the end if the day everything was good besides the realization that the last mile up could potentially mess up your car if it's not ready to go over some big cracks and dips and broken rocks in the trail.

"Great experience and the overall stay was wonderful and very comfortable! The views from the cottage were stunning. We were even able to do quite a bit of stargazing. Do make sure to drive up in a 4WD or AWD car to navigate the last stretch up to the cottage.
