This beautiful cabin sleeps up to 20 guests and features an indoor pool, movie theater room, game room, hot tub, and seven well-appointed bedrooms. Enjoy high-end finishes throughout and a relaxing retreat, all located in a luxury resort community just minutes from Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg and the National Park.

🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to luxury mountain living at Raven’s Nest, a stunning Smoky Mountain cabin designed for unforgettable group getaways. Thoughtfully laid out and beautifully styled, this retreat blends upscale comfort with modern mountain vibes—giving everyone space to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

The main level is the heart of the home, featuring an open living area with a cozy fireplace, plush seating, a large Smart TV, and oversized windows that bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, generous prep space, a large dining table, and bar seating—perfect for shared meals and late-night conversations. Three king bedrooms are also located on this level, making it ideal for couples or guests who prefer main-floor access.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, including three king beds and a spacious bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests.

The lower level is all about fun and downtime. Challenge each other in the game room with a pool table and arcade games, relax in the lounge area, catch a movie in the dedicated theater room, or enjoy year-round fun in the heated indoor pool.

Step outside to multiple seating areas where you can sip your morning coffee, unwind after a day of adventures, or enjoy relaxing evenings in the hot tub surrounded by the peaceful Smoky Mountain setting. 🛌 SLEEPING:
* Bedrooms #1-3 (Main Level): Indulge in the luxury of a spacious bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, and storage space. The first and third bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a shared common bathroom located just across the hall.
* Bedrooms #4-6 (Upper Level): Revel in luxury with additional spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, large windows, and a range of premium amenities. Bedroom #4 has an attached bathroom. Bedroom #5 has an attached bathroom that is also accessible via the hallway and it shared with bedroom #6.
* Bedroom #7 (Upper Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! This spacious bedroom is the perfect spot for a kids/teen room. It includes two sets of queen-over-queen bunks. It also comes with a large TV, storage space, and an attached full bathroom.

Step into a sleek, luxury kitchen made for both easy meals and effortless time together. With a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, and high-end appliances, it’s ready for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed family dinners. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, and silverware, so you can settle in right away. Start your day at the coffee bar, then gather around the spacious countertop bar or dining table to cook, sip, and linger a little longer.

The road inside the resort is paved.
The parking area is paved and flat. There is plenty of parking for 6 vehicles.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 20 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature will be set between 82-84 degrees.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
