⁂ THE HOUSE:
Recently updated, fully furnished house in a fantastic location loaded with amenities! There are 3 peaceful bedrooms, each with plenty of storage. The spacious living area includes an electric fireplace, large Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The living room and kitchen are connected in the open floor plan. There is a separate game room that includes foosball, an arcade game, a large TV and a comfortable sofa. This room doubles as a 4th bedroom with the sofa folding out into a queen sleeper. There is a door for privacy. There is also a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The outdoor space has recently been updated and includes new turf, patio tables and chairs, a picnic table, charcoal BBQ grill and string lights. It's a great place for a cookout or just time outdoors in the refreshing mountain air.

The home is also wheelchair-friendly. It is one-level with no steps at the front door or back door.

* Bedroom #1: Spacious master bedroom with California King bed. This bedroom includes a dresser for storage and a large Smart TV. It also includes an attached full bathroom with a shower.

There is a wood dining table located in the kitchen with seating for 6 -- and mountain views!

"This stay was perfect for my friends and I! We were a group of 4, could have fit double the size of our group. Very roomy and clean place to stay. Very near by Zion National State Park, we were able to drive up and down in time. Nearby there is a cook coffee/food spot where we could eat in the morning and also grocery stores that were accessible. Would recommend this place and even book again if I plan on coming back with a group. Hosts were just as amazing as the place stayed, very friendly and sweet! Great communicators and fast at it too. 10/10 experience all around!!

"This place was perfect!! In addition to being in a great location for exploring both Zion and Bryce, this Airbnb has everything we needed…. And more!! I have been in Airbnbs around the world and have never had one with such lovely amenities. Everything was thought of - from snacks available upon our arrival (the sesame honey bars were delicious, btw!), to tissue boxes, charging stations, and white noise machines in every bedroom. The house even had a game room!! The hosts were accessible and answered every question quickly, and were very accommodating. If you are looking for the perfect place for your Utah National Park Adventure, this is it : )

"One of my favorite AirBNBs so far! The house itself is so unique, and it is thoughtfully stocked with items that make traveling easier (e.g., sound machines, extension cords). "This is a very unique and practical home in a quiet neighborhood, VERY well situated for access to St George, Kolob Canyon and of course amazing Zion park. "By far, this place was the best and most unique airbnb I've ever stayed at. I loved the way it was layed out. The living room was very spacious. I loved the south west decor in every room. There's a game room that we used. Kids would love that. The kitchen was setup with an extensive coffee bar that we enjoyed. There was even a little basket with some snacks. There were plenty of towels and linens. That's always appreciated. We stayed in four different locations on our vacation. This location surpassed them all.

"We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect just the right distance from Zion National Park, while still being close to stores and amenities. The home was well-stocked with plenty of towels and even extra pantry items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable and made for a great night’s rest after long days of exploring. The game room was an added bonus and made for lots of fun during our downtime. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

"The house was perfect. What a great place to return to after a long day a Zion National Park. Super comfortable and very LARGE spaces. Kitchen was well stocked - plenty of dishes, coffee cups and other amenities. The entire house was very clean. Everything worked as it should. Quiet neighborhood for those who want no noise. The backyard is a great place to relax in the evening and talk about your day. So glad we chose this house and would definitely return on our next Zion adventure. "We had a great time staying here for 3 nights! The house had lots of extra amenities, especially the kitchen. It was completely stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, etc., that you would need. The game room was a big hit with the kids, and we loved the outdoor space as well. You could tell thatthey had really thought through all of the things that people might need while staying here and I really appreciated that consideration. We would definitely stay here again!

"The house has the perfect layout for three couples, with three bedrooms and king or queen beds. Beautifully decorated and lots of games and patio area to relax. The drive to Zion Park was not too far and all in all we enjoyed our stay.

"The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole rental period. We checked in late and the hosts continuously made sure we properly got to the accommodation. The house itself is an architectural accomplishment. We had a lot of space to ourselves. Everything was clean. All the amenities were very helpful.

"We had such a fabulous stay at Jen and Mike’s place in La Verkin. The location near Zion was unbeatable! The week we visited it was very warm and sunny and coming back to this oasis with AC was a dream! Our kids really loved the arcade game station - so so cool! And Jen and Mike were very responsive! "Space is so cozy and ample for 7 of us traveling. Everything needed was there including pots&pans, coffee machine, enough towels etc. 30 mins to Zion, 3 mins from grocery store, and 5 mins from downtown La Verkin by car. Overall very pleased with the stay. Elisha, Jen and Mike are really good hosts who communicate so well too!

"We stayed here during a soccer tournament and absolutely loved it! They were flexible with check in and check out (which was sooooo helpful with our crazy schedule). The game room was awesome and where we hung out the most. We would definitely stay here again!

"I stayed here with my mom for 4 nights for a birthday vacation. We really loved this home, it was very cozy and comfortable, and we loved the southwest and Zion decor. The kitchen had amazing amenities, including a really clean Keurig, and an Instapot! The three beds had different firmness, so it was easy for us to choose a bed that was perfectly comfortable. All the towels and linens were soft and clean. The house is located half way between St. George and Zion National Park, so it was perfect for visiting both places, including one day to visit Snow Canyon State Park, which is my favorite park in Utah. We really loved it here and will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

"This is a beautiful house (even better than the pictures), very spacious and has all the amenities. The hosts are responsive and took care of every minute details in this rental. My kids loved the game room and our family enjoyed having breakfasts in the large dining table overlooking the mountains. "Jen and Mike are great hosts- they gave clear instructions & were very proactive and responsive in their communication. The house is absolutely lovely, very clean with lots of nice amenities. Really cool layout – the way the bedrooms are all their own wings of the house means that you barely hear a peep from the other rooms. On that note, the bedrooms are very large, and the beds are quite comfortable. And most importantly- the house is only 20 minutes from Zion! I highly recommend this spot.

"We loved Red Rocks Retreat. The home is nicely decorated and felt like home away from home. The rooms are very spacious, the beds were comfortable and kitchen has all the utensils we needed. The large living room and game room made our family’s stay wonderful. It was such a relaxing and comfortable home, it elevated our visit to Zion. Jen and Elisha were very responsive. They tried to work with us to add one more night but due to prior booking they couldn’t. This home will definitely be our first choice if we come back.

"Jen’s place matched the description perfect! Lots of room to spread out in this house, with a couple gathering areas with ample seating for 6 adults.
