Welcome to "Seas the Day." This beachfront condo is located on the Gulf and has beautiful breathtaking views from nearly every room. It is a clean, cozy 3BR/2BA condo featuring comfortable beds and plenty of space for your entire group! Enjoy the morning sunrise on the oversized covered balcony with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The condo is located in a secure and private complex, and includes access to multiple community pools, sauna, hot tub, pickleball, basketball and fitness center!

** Airbnb information is incorrect** It's not a 12 minute walk to the beach. The condo is on the beach. You just have to take the elevator to the first floor and walk around the side of the building and you're at the pool/beach :)

The condo has a private, beachfront balcony (covered) as well as access to resort amenities including: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and more!

🏕️ THE CONDO
Seas the Day offers stunning views of the pristine beaches and the Gulf from nearly every room. With its open layout and large windows, this cozy condo provides breathtaking views of the Gulf while being situated in a gated resort community. The interior of the condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. There are large glass sliding doors that lead to the private covered balcony as well as a wraparound balcony that can be accessed from the bedrooms. Your entire stay will be filled with the sights and sounds of the water and the beach.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a perfect spot for couples, small families, or friends who are looking for a relaxing time away.

🛌 SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms, each with access to the outdoor space.. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with and the third bedroom includes two twin beds, perfect for a kids sleeping spot. All rooms are creatively decorated and provide plenty of closet and storage space.

The living area is designed to be a spot for the group to relax and enjoy the indoors while still having access to the beautiful beach views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a beautiful glass dining table.

🍽️ EATING
Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, ice maker, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table for additional seating.

🅿️ PARKING
Guest Registration Certificates (GRC) are required for each vehicle to park in the gated lot. A GRC costs $51.50, with a max of two vehicles per stay, purchased from gate at arrival. There is a gravel parking lot across the street that can be used with a gravel lot pass. Passes should be displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your stay.

Parking must be purchased on arrival directly from condo association! Parking lots require parking passes be purchased at the gated entry.

There is a MAXIMUM 2 VEHICLES allowed per rental unit and passes cost $51.50 PER VEHICLE.

Parking cannot be purchased in advance and individual owners cannot waive parking fees.

We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Orange Beach has a quiet hours ordinance from 10pm-8am. Any guests violating this ordinance will be assessed an additional security fee of up to $500.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

"From the moment we walked in, it felt like being welcomed into a best friend’s home! Jen and Mike’s place was warm, comfortable, and immediately inviting. My mom and I literally spent half the trip talking about how cute the place was and how much we loved it. Every detail was so thoughtfully done!! The hosts truly thought of everything: hot chocolate fixings, yummy snacks, and an abundance of essentials you don’t always expect, from toothbrushes to makeup wipes. It made settling in effortless and stress-free. I booked this place specifically for the balcony, and it ended up being the comfiest balcony I’ve ever sat on. Such a peaceful spot to relax. Inside, the ambient lighting and decor created the coziest, most homey atmosphere. It felt intentional, glowy, and calm in the best way. This stay was beyond comfortable and genuinely special. We felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

"This was absolutely the best place I have ever rented across any site or service! The location on the beach afforded spectacular views and access. The condo itself was immaculate and wonderfully decorated. We stayed in Oct so along with the themed beach decor, Halloween decorations added to the atmosphere. Upon arrival, we found candy, treat bags, snacks, and a bottle of wine waiting for us with a welcome note. I appreciated the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices and anything else you would need to serve up a great meal or cocktail! At every turn, there was thought in every detail from travel amenities like toothpaste provided to a well written book outlining rules, where to find things, how to operate them, local attractions, restaurant recommendations and even a scavenger hunt for treasure "buried" right in the condo! The rest of the grounds were just as well kept. The on site pools, sauna, elevators, and even parking lots were always clean. 100/10!

"I can’t begin to tell you what this wonderful stay meant for my husband and me. We were blown away by the exceptional decor of the apartment- with no detail spared. This is the first trip we have ever taken to the beach where we nary had to lift a finger! We were so pleasantly surprised with the ease of our visit! Usually renting a house on the beach requires a lot of work to get us to a sustainable visit. Not here!! Jen and Mike are zoned in on what a traveling family or couple might need to live on the beach! I mean… we usually spend hundreds to just get comfortable grocery-wise. Not here.. every thoughtful need is taken into consideration. I could go on forever. We never had to break a sweat! Just know, if you don’t have it- more than likely this gorgeous place, already does! We are so excited to book again, same time-same place- next year! We are hooked for life!! Thank you Jen and Mike!!

"Our SummerHouse stay was incredible. The condo was even better in person than the pictures. Such a fun place with the pirate theme. There is even a little treasure hunt! Great for kids or grandkids. The wrap around balcony was my favorite place to be, we sat and had our coffee and watched the dolphins. The beach was great too. Can’t wait for our next visit.

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo at Summer House on Romar Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views from every single room. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the spacious beachfront balcony every morning was a dream. The condo is beautifully decorated with a fun beach theme throughout — it really added to the relaxing, vacation vibe. It’s fully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of seating both inside and out on the balcony. The location is unbeatable, right on the sand with easy beach access, and close to shops, restaurants, and everything Orange Beach has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for the perfect beachfront escape with incredible views and all the comforts of home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
