Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone to unwind after a day in the sun.

Step outside to multiple decks and enjoy morning coffee with the Gulf breeze, outdoor meals overlooking the water, or a front-row seat to colorful Florida sunsets. When it’s time for the beach, soft white sand and the Gulf are just steps away for swimming, shell collecting, shoreline walks, and long afternoons in the sunshine. Guests can also enjoy the nearby community pool for an easy alternative to the beach.

* Bedroom #1 (Upper Level): Indulge in the luxury of a spacious bedroom with beautiful views. Featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, in-room kitchenette, in-room jacuzzi tub and plenty of storage space. The bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private extended balcony.
* Bedroom #2 (Main Level): Queen-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
* Bedroom #3 (Main Level): Queen-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests can access the entire home with the exception of the owner's closet and the garage.

* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. There is a $500 charge per day for unregistered guests.
* There is a limit of 8 guests at the pool
* Minimum Booking Age: 25
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* No parties or events are permitted. There is a noise ordinance and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are enforced.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
