Welcome to The Splashing Treehouse! This custom 4BR cabin has peaceful views, privacy, and plenty of amenities including a heated indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, arcade games, large deck & outdoor dining area, fireplace, fire pit, bunk beds and more! The cabin is located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains and is just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

Experience mountain living at Splashing Treehouse, a one-of-a-kind Smoky Mountain retreat designed for unforgettable gatherings with family and friends. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this spacious cabin combines the warmth of a mountain getaway with plenty of room to relax, play, and reconnect. The main level features an open-concept living area centered around a unique treehouse-style fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table for shared meals. Keep the fun going with a pool table and arcade games or step onto the expansive back deck with a hot tub, dining table and a gas BBQ grill.

Just off the deck, the private heated indoor pool peaceful views creating an incredible backdrop while you swim and unwind.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs along with bunk beds and a private shared balcony.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with separate shower and stone-surround tub. The bedroom has access to the back deck.
* Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): Spacious king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with separate shower and stone-surround tub. The bedroom has access to the balcony.
* Bedroom #3 (Upper Level): Spacious king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with separate shower and stone-surround tub. The bedroom has access to the balcony.
* Bedroom #4 (Upper Level-Loft): Welcome to the Bunk Area! This spacious bunk area is in the loft area and features full-over-full bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 people. The perfect spot for a kids/teen hangout.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner's closet.

We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 15 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* The fireplace is available from October 1 - April 1.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
