🏕️ THE CABIN
Beautiful new cabin in a quiet location in the heart of the Smokies with lots of family-friendly amenities! The entrance to the cabin is an open living area with an electric fireplace, large Smart TV, high-end kitchen appliances, and lots of comfortable seating. The living room and kitchen are connected in the open floor plan. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with an attached full bathroom! A separate game room awaits downstairs that includes a 75-inch TV, a pool table, a 4-player arcade system, a whiskey barrel arcade (65 games), a PlayStation 4 Race Car Simulator, and a PlayStation 5.. The lower level provides access to the back deck with a brand new hot tub and outdoor seating overlooking the private back yard. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious master bedroom with custom King-sized bed, dresser, closet & Smart TV. Includes full bathroom w/shower.
* Bedroom #2 (Main Level): Spacious master bedroom with custom King-sized bed, dresser, closet & Smart TV. Includes full bathroom w/shower-tub combo.
* Bedroom #3 (Lower Level): Spacious master bedroom with custom wood King-sized bed, dresser, closet & Smart TV. Includes attached 'Jack and Jill' bathroom w/shower-tub combo.
* Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Gorgeous Queen-over-Queen bunk beds. It is located on the back side of the game room and includes an attached 'Jack and Jill' bathroom w/shower-tub combo.

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped modern kitchen located on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a beautiful wood dining table located just off the kitchen with seating for 8.

Free parking for up to 5 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. The parking area is flat and gravel.
4WD recommended during inclement weather in winter months.

The property has easy access to all of the area's attractions, including Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

"I was really looking forward to taking my family to this cabin. Jen and Mike were great at communicating upfront and answered all of our questions about the winter weather and what was or wasn’t available at the cabin. However, after driving 3.5 hours, we received a notification two hours before check‑in that our stay had been cancelled by the host. I was extremely disappointed that we weren’t given any advance notice, especially since everything had been confirmed the day before. This last‑minute cancellation left me scrambling to find a new place for my family on very short notice. What made the situation even more frustrating was that once the cancellation came through, I had no way to reach Jen and Mike to understand what happened.

"This cabin was absolutely gorgeous with high ceilings, open Mountain View windows, enormous kitchen and dining area, wonderful private game room, two beautiful large decks, convenient parking with Firepit, plus a hot tub for 6! Not to mention each bedroom with its own bathroom. We absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. I rented it for my son’s 18th Birthday and not one single time did I hear “I’m bored!” 😂 In fact they had fun all the way until checkout time. Also, it is conveniently located 15 minutes away from a self serve firewood place $6 a bundle a Dollar General, and only 30 minutes to Tourist town Pigeon Forge. It is most Definitely worth the price! My only advice is don’t listen to map quest. Do not turn left where it tells you to. Continue up the hill and look for Stay and Play 4393 on left. They also have a bear locked trash bin right out front. Ohhh and most importantly they have every cooking dish and utensils that you’ll need while there.

"Staying at the cabin was such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, comfortable, and inviting. The space was clean and thoughtfully set up, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Plenty of room for our big family. Also had plenty of things to do nearby and places to visit. I really appreciated how cozy and quiet it was, it truly felt like a little retreat. "We loved our stay! The cabin was spacious, modern, and super comfortable for our family. The hot tub with the lounger seat was amazing for relaxing. Both decks had cozy hanging swing chairs we used constantly. Bedrooms were large with comfy beds, and the big closets easily fit a pack-and-play so our toddler had his own little space. The basement game room was awesome — two arcade machines, a racing game, a bungee game, tons of board games, and more. The living room’s big windows, electric fireplace, and comfy furniture made it such a great hangout spot. The driveway was huge and easy to park in, and the outdoor hammocks and fire pit were a great touch. We would definitely stay again!

"Stunning!! this cabin was absolutely beautiful and enclosed in gorgeous nature. we also had a baby bear or two visiting the yard everyday that we watched through the giant picture windows upstairs. what a treat! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and simplistically decorated. The game room downstairs got a lot of use from my older kids and their kids. The only negative was that we didnt not realize that the room with queen bunk beds did not have a door and was open to the downstairs game area. I think this would have been fine if it is just kids sleeping there, but it was a little difficult with the parents sleeping there as well. They had a hard time resting. The yard, the view, the firepit were all amazing and we had such a fantastic time hanging out as a family. Our one major issue was quickly responded to and ultimately resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

"First stay in the mountains and my family and I were beyond grateful, happy and blessed to have the best trip. They responded to me almost immediately and the cabin was spotless and beautiful. The games made it such fun nights for my family. The kitchen was fully equipped that you dont need anything except food. Highly recommend staying here and any trip back, we wont stay anywhere else!

"“Stay n Play” was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We loved the fire pit, the hammock chairs on the deck, the hot tub and the game room (teens loved the surround sound) and so much more. Everything was brand new, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The beds were all so comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Loved the gorgeous dining room table as well. Thank you for making it a special getaway! Would definitely highly recommend it to anyone!

"This cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and welcoming. There were plenty of blankets and throws to cozy up. Our kids loved the hammock chairs on the decks (and so did the adults). The family gaming space was really nice. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen table was huge. Every room was visibly clean and the place smells new. The roads are curvy and hilly but manageable. It's not steep. We saw a bear on the cabin property twice and once in the area on our drive back. The cabin is located 20-30 minutes from Pigeon Forge but there are unique stores plus some restaurants, along with a Dollar General, about 10 minutes away from the cabin in Wears Valley. We loved our stay!

"We had the best time here! It was so peaceful and private. You of course have to drive to town to get to all the places to do but it’s not very far at all. It really is the best of both worlds! Peaceful and quiet at the cabin then lots to do when you want to get out and have some fun. The owners are also extremely nice and helpful, answered my questions immediately. "We absolutely loved this cabin!!! We came with 9 kids and there was plenty of room and things to do for everyone!!! The hosts were amazing responded promptly anytime we had questions or needed anything. Can’t recommend this place enough its even better then the pictures and price was more then fair for everything included! If you’re looking for a good vacation spot for the family look no further!!! We can’t wait to come back and didn’t want to leave!!!

"We loved our stay at Jen and Mike’s place! Three families with a total of six kids 5 and under stayed, and we all enjoyed it. The campfire area was awesome and the balconies were probably our favorite amenity. Jen and Mike were great communicators and always ready to help if needed. One thing I’d point out is that the bunk bed room is not closed off from the game room in the bottom floor. I don’t remember that being clear from the photos, but that could easily be my mistake. We only needed three bedrooms so everyone had what we needed! Overall, we definitely recommend this host and property!

"Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location! It was in pristine condition and equipped with everything we needed. We had two adults and four children and were extremely comfortable. The drive to and from the cabin had amazing views, and there were lots of adventurous things to do in the area. Jen and Mike were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely book again!

"Jen and Mike were excellent hosts. Kept in touch to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. The place was beautiful and clean. The comfort of the beds were amazing. Best sleep! The house had everything we needed and the game room was a great spot for our teens! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

"My family and I had the BEST time! Such a beautiful home, brand new everything! Absolutely loved the back deck upstairs. My littles were able to run in and out of the house without having to worry about any stairs. Enjoyed the hot tub every night as well as the game room! Perfect location, close to everything, just a short drive into town. Beds were SO comfortable. Upstairs rooms each had their own bathroom and the basement bedrooms had a big shared bathroom. Highly recommend, will be staying again next year!

"The stay n play cabin was great it’s in the perfect spot to enjoy the mountains beauty. It has everything you need to enjoy a fun filled stay. This cabin is a gamers getaway. "Our stay at was absolutely delightful! The Cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Linens and kitchen were super clean and new. Mike was also very flexible and understanding at the time at check out due to inclement weather. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
