You'll also have access to a seasonal community pool and be just minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and countless outdoor adventures.

Inside, you'll find everything you need to relax and reconnect. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
