🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to luxury mountain living at The Osprey, a stunning Smoky Mountain cabin designed for unforgettable group getaways. Thoughtfully laid out and beautifully styled, this retreat blends upscale comfort with modern mountain vibes—giving everyone space to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

The main level is the heart of the home, featuring an open living area with plush seating, a large Smart TV, and oversized windows that bring the outdoors in. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, generous prep space, two large dining tables, and bar seating—perfect for shared meals and late-night conversations. Two king bedrooms are also located on this level, making it ideal for couples or guests who prefer main-floor access. The heated indoor pool is conveniently located on the main level just off the living room, offering hours of fun in all seasons.

Upstairs, you’ll find six additional bedrooms, including four king beds and two spacious bunk rooms—perfect for kids or extra guests. This level also includes multiple arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey and a large lounge space with a comfortable sectional -- the perfect spot for movie night or to watch the big game.

Step outside to multiple seating areas where you can sip your morning coffee, unwind after a day of adventures, or enjoy relaxing evenings in the hot tub surrounded by the peaceful Smoky Mountain setting. There is also a gas fire pit area with seating. The Osprey is the kind of place that turns a getaway into a memory you’ll want to relive again and again.

The parking area is paved and flat. There is plenty of parking for 6-7 vehicles.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
